| But.....all kidding aside, I did get to meet a really nice person....got lots of autographs and went to the best concert I've ever been to in my life. And to top the cake, the kids and I got to meet Davy again after the concert...that's where the autographs come in. He came out and did not leave until he had signed everything from a Fender guitar to a little boy's Monkees lunchbox and he took the time to speak to each person as an individual. Micky and Peter didn't make it out to the fans, which was disappointing for some of them. Khail is a Micky fan.....he was one of the disappointed ones, but Khail and Jorgi will always remember "Mom's Road Trip"... and isn't that what Life is all about? Good Memories? I did make one really DUMB mistake......I forgot to buy a Monkees 2001 Summer Tour Program......I can't believe that I am such a Bozo......now I am at the mercy of e-Bay!!!! Footnote: I found a Tour Program!!!! Thanks, Susan! |
